1Who we are

MODAMARK DOOEL Shtip is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2What data we collect

• Contact details you send us by email or phone: your name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.
• Client data needed to provide our services: contact persons, billing details, and business information you share with us for running your campaigns.
• Technical data collected automatically when you visit our website: IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit, recorded in our hosting provider's server logs.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

3Why we use it and our legal basis

• To answer your enquiries, based on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
• To provide our services and manage our contract with you.
• To meet legal obligations, such as accounting and tax record-keeping.
• To keep our website secure and working properly, based on our legitimate interest.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4Cookies

This website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before placing any non-essential cookies.

5Who we share data with

• Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and accounting providers. They process data only on our instructions.
• Advertising platforms (such as Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat), only when needed to run campaigns for our clients and as agreed with them.
• Public authorities, when the law requires it.

6International transfers

Some of our service providers and advertising platforms are based outside North Macedonia. When personal data is transferred abroad, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

7How long we keep data

• Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months after our last contact.
• Client and contract data: for the duration of the contract, and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax laws require.
• Server logs: up to 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.

8Your rights

You have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted, where there is no legal reason for us to keep it;
• restrict or object to how we process your data;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

You can also file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia (Агенција за заштита на личните податоци), dzlp.mk.

9Security

We protect personal data with technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and limiting access to staff who need it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
